The Four Crowns on Earth For Your Home in Heaven

Thursday, January 06, 2005

Beloved, if anything were to encourage us as believers in 2005, it would be to continue seeking "The Four Crowns"! The Word of God tells us that we can have these crowns if we live according to God's Word a life in love-obedience to God till we have victory over what is trying to defeat us. Our keeping the faith that God will change us and help us - this will bring us to our goal. We alone could not do this in us, but with God all things are possible. We can know that we know that nothing will stop us from receiving the four crowns we are seeking.

Beloved, it is our love for God and our tenacity that will keep us seeking God to change us. Just continue one day at a time, until we have the victory over each of the things that will lead us to each of the crowns.

I have two books published that will help the brethren get set free from whatever is needing to go from their lives. I get in me these books will help "religion" to flee from those who want it to go - so "relationship" with Jesus can greatly increase.

How wonderful it will be to meet Jesus face to face and have the four crowns to set at His feet and hear Him say, "Well done!"

In this article I have listed the scriptures for each of "The Four Crowns" for you to keep nearby this year. The enemy loves to help us forget our goals we set in the new year. Seek Father God to change you, and then obey Him when the pain of change sets in. Keep focused, and do not let anything keep you from the victory. Watch how God takes you from where you are to where you pray to be this year. THIS YEAR THE WORD IS: "ALIVE IN 2005", for Life in the supernatural is yours.

In 2005 we are into heavenly living here on earth more than ever before. Look at Enoch, and how one day as he was in fellowship with God he crossed over into the other side by God. Why? Enoch's relationship with our heavenly Father God was more heavenly than earthly. Today the opportunity for us to be in that special relationship with our Father God is for those who choose it. Amen. Remember you are a stranger passing through this world and you truly belong to Father God in heaven. All of heaven is watching and cheering you on as you get your four crowns - for such a time as this.

1 Cor. 9:25-27 (The Amplified Bible) "25 Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither. 26 Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating the air and striking without an adversary. 27 But [like a boxer] I buffet my body [handle it roughly, discipline it by hardships] and subdue it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit [not stand the test, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit]."

2 Timothy 2:3-11 (The Amplified Bible) "3 Take [with me] your share of the hardships and suffering [which you are called to endure] as a good (first-class) soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No soldier when in service gets entangled in the enterprises of [civilian] life; his aim is to satisfy and please the one who enlisted him. 5 And if anyone enters competitive games, he is not crowned unless he competes lawfully (fairly, according to the rules laid down). 6 [It is] the hand-working farmer [who labors to produce] who must be the first partaker of the fruits. 7 Think over these things I am saying [understand them and grasp their application], for the Lord will grant you full insight and understanding in everything. 8 Constantly keep in mind Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] risen from the dead, [as the prophesied King] descended from David, according to the good news (the Gospel) that I preach. 9 For that [Gospel] I am suffering affliction and even wearing chains like a criminal. But the Word of God is not chained or imprisoned! 10 Therefore I [am ready to] persevere and stand my ground with patience and endure everything for the sake of the elect [God's chosen}, so that they too may obtain [the] salvation which is in Christ Jesus, with [the reward of] eternal glory. 11 The saying is sure and worthy of confidence: If we have died with Him, we shall also live with Him."

THE CROWN OF REJOICING - THE SOUL-WINNING CROWN

We are to win souls, just as the Apostle Paul says in the scriptures below. Souls are laid up as a crown for you in heaven when you support ministries who win souls. Those souls count for your crown, too, not just for that soul-winning ministry alone. But you on your own must also win souls, whether it be one-on-one, or 5, 50, 1000, or more at a time. No time is left, so go get the HARVEST OF SOULS today. "...for who knows if we have come to the KINGDOM for such a TIME as this."

Philippians 4:1-3 (The Amplified Bible) "Therefore, my brethren, whom I love and yearn to see, my delight and crown (wreath of victory), thus stand firm in the Lord, my beloved. 2 I entreat and advise Euodia and I entreat and advise Syntyche to agree and to work in harmony in the Lord. 3 And I exhort you too, [my] genuine yokefellow, help these [two women to keep on cooperating], for they have toiled along with me in [the spreading of] the good news (the Gospel), as have Clement and the rest of my fellow workers whose names are in the Book of Life."

Could it be a jewel is put in our crown for each soul we win to Jesus?

Luke 4:18-19 (The Amplified Bible) "18 The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel)to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], 19 To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound."

The Bible says that he who wins souls is wise. So if you do not win souls, what are you? Dumb! King Agrippa said to Paul, "You almost convince me."

THE CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS - THE VICTOR'S (OVERCOMER'S) CROWN

Beloved, we need to live in righteousness if we are going to lay up a victor's crown in heaven for ourselves to give to Jesus one day when we see Him face to face. Our seeking God to change us will bring the righteousness which our Lord Jesus gave for us to have who believe on Him when we are saved. We need death to self and all sin to receive this crown, and let us run this race of righteousness for such a time as this.

Lay aside the weight -- those things you're battling in your life that hold you back. Go to the Lord with whatever holds you back. We must judge ourselves so we can overcome and win our victor's crown.

Philippians 4:5 (The Amplified Bible) "Let all men know and perceive and recognize your unselfishness (your considerateness, your forbearing spirit). The Lord is near [He is coming soon]."

2 Timothy 4:8 (The Amplified Bible) "[As to what remains] henceforth there is laid up for me the [victor's] crown of righteousness [for being right with God and doing right], which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me and recompense me on that [great] day -- and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved and yearned for and welcomed His appearing (His return)."

1 Thess. 2:19-20 (The Amplified Bible ) "19 For what is our hope or happiness or our victor's wreath of exultant triumph when we stand in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? Is it not you? 20 For you are [indeed] our glory and our joy!"

THE CROWN OF LIFE - THE MARTYR'S CROWN

Beloved, we are all called to die to self, but we are also called to suffer persecution from others. So count it joy when the fire is on from unsaved family, business associates, etc., because this is all part of receiving this crown. When you're going through persecution, just say to yourself, "Thank you for helping to get another precious stone in my crown." Then keep your focus on finishing the race that you are running.

Beloved, we are to overcome fear, and even fear of death. There may be an occasion for you to die by gunshot wounds, have your head cut off, etc. But remember that when you leave this earth as a martyr, if it be by living with a husband who persecutes you all your life for being a Christian - or if you receive this crown by dying due to the things mentioned above - no matter which it is, you are instantly in the presence of the Lord for eternity.

Rev. 2:10 (The Amplified Bible) "Fear nothing that you are about to suffer. [Dismiss your dread and your fears!] Behold, the devil is indeed about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested and proved and critically appraised, and for ten days you will have affliction. Be loyally faithful unto death [even if you must die for it], and I will give you the crown of life."

THE CROWN OF GLORY - FOR PASTORS AND ALL BRETHREN WHO SERVE GOD AND LOVE THE SHEEP

Beloved, whether you are in the five-fold ministry or not, it will not matter concerning procuring the crown of glory. This crown is given to those who love the sheep and see to it that they grow closer to Jesus and run the race all the way to the finish line.

1 Peter 5:1-4 (The Amplified Bible) "1 I warn and counsel the elders among you (the pastors and spiritual guides of the church) as a fellow elder and as an eyewitness [called to testify] of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a sharer in the glory (the honor and splendor) that is to be revealed (disclosed, unfolded): 2 Tend (nurture, guard, guide, and fold) the flock of God that is [your responsibility], not by coercion or constraint, but willingly; not dishonorably motivated by the advantages and profits [belonging to the office], but eagerly and cheerfully; 3 Not domineering [as arrogant, dictatorial, and overbearing persons] over those in your charge, but being examples (patterns and models of Christian living) to the flock (the congregation). 4 And [then] when the Chief Shepherd is revealed, you will win the conqueror's crown of glory."

I am praying for you. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. It is all about God. To God be all the glory, praise and thanksgiving for what He is doing for all who love and who seek Him. God bless you richly this year of as you run the race to the finish line for such a time as this.

If you want to order my book "ACCEPTED BY GOD" that helps the misunderstood and rejected child of God. Or my book "THE REALITY OF EVERY CURSE REVERSED" that helps one to understand generational curse thought patterns over which one needs to get the VICTOR'S CROWN - please e-mail me and I will be glad to help. joanann@glorybridesglobal.com.

A VERY HAPPY, HEALTHY, JOYOUS, WORSHIPPING-GOD, BLESSED AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR, THIS YEAR AND EVERY YEAR TILL JESUS RETURNS!!!
